The Managing Partner, Oluwayemisi Subair is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN), and an Associate member, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN) with over thirty years experience in audit, consulting and banking . She had her professional training with Coopers & Lybrand now PricewaterhouseCoopers between September 1986 and September 1990.

She joined the banking industry in 1990 and worked with two multinational banks and one indigenous one, spending a total of 15 years in the industry and rising to executive management levels.

She joined the firm as a partner in 2015.

Mr. Onoriode Oludemi, heads the Audit Department. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He joined the firm in 1999 as a trainee accountant and has risen up to Senior Manager rank.

Mr. Sunday Adesanwo heads the Tax Department. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He had a brief stint with KPMG, and other companies in the private sector before joining the firm in 1997.

She is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse experiences. With a B.A. in Business & Management an MSc in Accounting & Finance (Distinction) and an ACCA part qualification, she has a solid foundation in business, finance, project management and consulting. She joined the firm in 2020.
